Church Leadership Coaching (CLC) is the latest version of our Network church coaching and revitalization process. We have worked very hard to clarify, simplify and shorten the coaching process while still delivering practical help to the pastor and his/her leadership and ministry team.
CLC is a TEAM approach to strategic planning and vision creation. It requires the involvement of the Lead Pastor and a team of at least three other leaders from your church. It works best when board members, key influencers, staff members, and ministry leaders are a part of your CLC team (a team of 6-10 people is ideal.) The cost of participation is MINIMAL but the potential upside is great!
Here are the costs:
- $50 one-time registration fee for the church
- $10 for each manual purchased (you will need one for each team member)
- Purchase of the books we read for outside reading (8 books total)
- ONE SATURDAY about every other month for about one year
